Transit rider statistics by route and fare type. Data may be manually input or imported from automated fare systems (AFS) and automated passenger counting (APC) systems. APC data may be used to assess boardings, alightings, and passenger loads by trip and bus stop. Passenger mile survey sample data may be stored and weighted for NTD reporting.

Dispatch logs and incident tracking used for assessing service quality factors such as on-time performance, late pull-outs, missed trips, unscheduled trippers, roadcalls, bus exchanges, attendance. Data may be manually input or imported from automated vehicle location (AVL) or radio dispatch systems. Actual hours and miles of service are recorded. Accident, safety and security incidents are also tracked and classified for NTD and management reporting.

National Transit Database (NTD) Reporting
National Transit Database (NTD) Reporting
Data from all other modules is used to provide NTD report information by month and year, as well as annual summaries for required forms such as Financial (F-10, F-20, F-30, F-40), Transit Service (S-10), and Vehicle Inventory (A-30). Monthly forms to assist with ridership and safety and security reporting are also available.
