TransTrack Systems, Inc. is committed to pro-actively meeting your
needs and responding to your questions, concerns and issues in a timely
manner. TransTrack provides technical support and transit management support
in a number of areas, listed below.

On-Site Training |
Training is tailored to specific user groups in your agency.
Training handouts are customized and available online. Training
computers are provided and brought to your location. |

WebEx Training and Technical Support |
TransTrack professionals schedule online training sessions
to refresh client skills and knowledge relative to annual and
period data set-up and reporting processes (e.g., year-end processes,
set up of service calendar, implementation of route restructurings). |

Online Documentation |
All documentation and training materials are available online
in a PDF format. This includes data source documentation and
process review/data input checklists. |
|
Online Technical Support |
Data input views in TransTrack have a link to our technical
support team for questions and technical issues. All requests
for tech support are logged and responded to during normal business
hours. |
|
Telephone and Email | TransTrack's technical support team is available Monday-Friday
from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (PST). Emergency contact information
is provided during training. Extended hours of technical support
may be arranged in advance for special data processing and reporting
needs. |

Project Management | All clients are assigned a Project Manager for set up and
implementation. Project Managers monitor data accuracy and system
use on a monthly and quarterly basis for the first year, including
year-end processing. Monitoring is on a bi-annual basis after
the first year. Annual site visits for training and introduction
of new features are provided. |

NTD Reporting | TransTrack assists clients when responding to questions and
issues identified as part of the NTD annual reporting process.
Data validation and review services are available upon request.
